jen park is an A&R, Marketing music executive, engineer, and former DJ from New York City. She has worked across hip-hop, R&B, Electronic and Pop music. Jen has over 10 years of hands on creative experience collectively in the major label system working across major distributors and labels including ADA Distribution, Atlantic Records, and Asylum Records as well as working as an independent artist consultant and manager. she has worked with artists on the label side including Big Freedia, KenTheMan, and Sada Baby and artists on the management side including Terry Presume, Bossa, and Blaxian helping by nurturing major growth and securing major label and distribution deals for independent artists.
she has been a staple in the New York City live music scene doing artist relations at shows and festivals, liaising with artists such as Masego, Oliver Heldens, Joey Bada$$, Jungle, Eric Prydz, and Tiesto in venues that span nightclubs, private members clubs, warehouses, amusement parks, and stadiums so she has a deep understanding of the live side and performance needs of musicians as well. she created Boujee Beats LLC in 2024 to work with developing artists she truly believes in and can stand behind. In addition to working in commercial music, she volunteers as a recording engineer and studio tech to help bring creative resources to those who may not traditionally have access.
